Jimmy has such a wide background that it would be easier to list the things he doesn't have experience with.  But to list a few; for over 40 years he's worked in carpentry, home building, electronics, appliance repair, plumbing, and roof repair.  All these things he excelled at but primarily he is, and always has been an automotive repair technician (specializing in Honda).  18 years ago, by word of mouth, Bobby (business owner) heard of Jim's automotive knowledge from other temporary mechanics that he had taken on during that time and hired James on a whim.  For the next few years Jimmy proved himself to be every bit as much as what his reputation claimed, but there was one thing about him that couldn't be predicted based on a simple resume.  This was how well a knowledgeable mechanic with a modest way of carrying himself would affect potential buyers that were skeptical about purchasing a used vehicle.  He had a rare kind of honesty that would put customers at ease.  More than that, he showed that he cared about these customers--each and every one of them, no matter how many he was dealing with at any one given time.  Time after time,, Robert watched customers coming back to the dealership specifically asking for Jimmy, the guy in the shop.  One day it came to a point that, despite Jim's excellence in repair, it was more appropriate for him to be in sales.  It is true that an auto dealership's primary focus is to sell cars, but the problem with most sales men and women is that when they sell a vehicle to a customer, they forget about the customer and move onto the next deal.  Whether you purchased your vehicle yesterday, or 5 years ago, Jimmy has not forgotten you.

David is a marine at heart. And like all marines, they don't quit and don't abandon. For almost 20 years he has been here and consistently done his job with excellence. He values customers a bit too much, and is willing to go way above the call of duty--so to speak-- to make sure that a customer that meets him is satisfied, and stays satisfied with the vehicle that they rely on day to day. Although his job title is primarily office management he is not afraid to get his hands dirty, and is a reliable service employee as well.
